What we thought
We thought that starting a business is easier. However, it involves a lot of processes. We have to know the problem occurred, then we only can come out with business idea. From the business idea, then we can decide customer segment and the other things.
What we did
We did business model canvas during the class. There are nine building blocks in the business model. We have done five building blocks on the left side that are customer segment, value proposition, channels customer relationships and revenue streams. Our problem statement is there is no motorcycle workshop in the university campus. Thus, we came out an business idea that is motorcycle repairing service in university campus.
What we learnt
We know about business planning and business idea but what is business model?? Thus, in the class, we learnt business model actually is a means of structures that eventually is blended, then it creates a flow. Business model is important for every entrepreneur to start their own business. We have to solve many problems then only will have a sucesss business model.
What are we going to do next
We are going to complete the business model canvass in next class.
