Industry problem (airport)
We found
there is always branded and high class shops opened in the airport. After
tourists are done their check in, they have to wait for a long time before
boarding plane. Airport is the only place where tourists can spend their time.
However, the stuffs which are sold in the airport are too expensive although
some stuffs are not branded. Some people especially middle class income group
can’t afford it because they have to save more money while traveling.
Therefore, they will end up waiting in the airport for almost two hours.
Solution
Our
suggestion is we would like to open a shop which sells cheaper local products such as handicraft souvenir or local food in
the airport to promote our domestic goods to foreign tourists by the way to
advocate our citizen to buy Malaysia goods. Our shop sets the products
in a standard price therefore some
middle class income group can afford it.
Reasons:
(i) Bad
Behaviours of Drivers
-Roads
that were initially three lanes becomes two lanes in a blink of eye because of
illegal parking besides the lane
-Lacks of
parking lots at certain areas
-Some people
will try to save money and their time because some parking areas charge fees.
And those people just concern on their own convenience.
-Some
drivers misusing the side lane which is for the emergency purposes. They are
lack of morality due to the influenced of the surrounding and culture.
(ii) Poor
policy and public transport management
-Lack of
policy and civil education implementation
-Less
efficient planning and operation of the public transport systems

Suggestion:
In my
opinion, to solve the parking lots problem we can come out with an underground
car park. The underground car park can be implemented with advanced technology such
as auto parking system, auto take car
service, security system, CCTV system to make sure the safety of the
underground parking. Advantages of the underground parking are reduce traffic
jam which cause by car simply parking beside the road, since there are security
system applied in the underground parking it must be safer than parking beside
the road, and people can practise park and walk working habit to ensue no
traffic jam and lead to environment friendly as well. For instance people can park
car at the underground car park, then they just walk to office or take public
transportation. It is not only can reduce traffic jam but also reduce pollution
as well. Revenue of the underground car park can be generated by charging
parking fees from customers. Therefore, we can earn profit to preserve the maintenance
of the underground car park.
Industry Problem:Automobile industry
As a phone user, we face different problems with our phone. For example, if we unable to delete caller ring tone by our own, we have to call to the customer service to help us solve our problem. However, calling customer service will charge us even though it is just a normal rate for prepaid users (assumed maxis users). For a student, we have to save money and if the problem keep happening, but we are not able to go for the customer service center, so we need to call to there.
Suggestion:
Therefore, I have an idea to invent a cellphone which has this specific function to enable us to change caller ringtone without calling to customer service center, thus it would not bring trouble to us.
